The
Toyo Truck Tire and Casing Warranty
This
Limited Warranty/Adjustment Policy ("Policy") allows
for replacement under certain specific conditions. It applies
to tires in normal service, or tires used in applications
for which they were designed/recommended by Toyo, that display
adjustable conditions. This policy does not require the existence
of a manufacturers anomaly in order to qualify for an adjustment.
The
Policy is void if the tires are used in a manner not recommended
by Toyo Tire Canada Inc.
