Tire Limited Warranty and Casing Policy - Because we promised
you the moon!
Eligibility
This policy applies to the original purchaser
of Toyo brand truck tires bearing the Toyo name and complete
tire identification number (TIN) and not branded "NA".
Tires must be purchased and used in Canada.
This Policy applies to Toyo Truck tires manufactured
as of January 1995 as determined by the TIN number on the
tire sidewall.
In order to be eligible for the benefits of
this Policy the purchaser must do the following:
Present the tire and proof of purchase
to an authorized Toyo truck tire dealer.
Sign the Toyo Claim Form
Allow Toyo Tire Canada personnel to inspect
the tire at the dealer location.
The vehicle on which the tire was used
should be made available to the Toyo representative if requested.
