Tire Limited Warranty and Casing Policy - Because we promised
you the moon!
What
is the Limited Adjustment Warranty and for how Long?
A:
Original Tread (New Tires)
If
a Toyo radial truck tire becomes unserviceable from a condition
other than those listed in Section 4 A, it will be replaced
with the same tire, or at Toyo's option, with a comparable
Toyo truck tire if the tire is:
- Used
in the service for which it was designed
- Within
60 months from the date of manufacture.
The
adjustment credit will be based on a pro rata replacement
credit for the percentage of the tread depth remaining but
not less than the 24 -48 month casing allowance shown in section
2B. The tire is considered to be worn out when the tread depth
reaches 2/32" (1.6mm) at any point on the tread.
The purchaser must pay mounting and balancing charges and
any applicable taxes or service charges.
B.
Radial Tire Casing Policy (Retreads)
The
Casing Policy will be applied during the buffing stage of
the retreading process.
If
any Toyo radial truck casing becomes unserviceable due to:
- An
adjustable condition whilst it was in the service for which
it was designed. (See section 4A for NON Adjustable conditions)
- Within
60 months from the date of manufacture.
The
Toyo radial truck tire casing is eligible for the applicable
casing allowance specified below irrespective of the number
of retreads.
