This
section describes the TOYO MILLENNIUM WARRANTY package
which includes the "Workmanship and Materials Warranty", the "Wear-out
Warranty" It explains which Toyo tire patterns are covered,
the nature of the coverage and what is required by the purchaser
to maintain the coverage in force.
Please
be advised that effective January 1st 2005 Toyo
Tire Canada will cease to offer its
Road Hazard Protection Plan on all Toyo brand products
sold in Canada. Toyo will continue to honour the
Toyo “Millennium”
Road Hazard Protection Plan for all eligible tires
sold on or before December 31st 2004 that are accompanied
by a consumer sales invoice.
