TOYO MILLENNIUM ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION PLAN

Please be advised that effective January 1st 2005 Toyo Tire Canada will cease to offer its Millennium Road Hazard Protection Plan on all Toyo brand products sold in Canada. Toyo will continue to honour the Toyo “Millennium” Road Hazard Protection Plan for all eligible tires sold on or before December 31st 2004 that are accompanied by a consumer sales invoice.

This Protection Plan covers the ORIGINAL Retail purchaser of all eligible patterns of Toyo passenger tires, which were purchased as replacement tires. (This excludes tires installed as original equipment by the vehicle manufacturer.) The plan covers only non-repairable road hazard damage. Tires that are deemed repairable by the dealer shall be repaired at the customer's expense.

Note: Service under the Road Hazard Protection Plan is available ONLY in Canada for tires purchased in Canada.

Applies to tires purchased PRIOR to January 1st, 2005 only.

** Tires beyond the 6 year (72 month) time limit from date of production but are within a 6 year (72 month) time limit from date of purchase must be accompanied by proof of original purchase date (registration card).
